The Role
- Working onsite 5 days a week in Bridgend (candidate needs to be local to South Wales), you will be the go-to person for all things engineering, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the company’s directors.
Responsibilities of the position
- Leading mechanical design and development across a wide range of projects
- Overseeing manufacturing and production functions, ensuring operational excellence
- Owning the entire engineering lifecycle from concept through to delivery
