About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll help plan, deliver, and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, and display. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be hands-on with creative uploads, budget pacing, daily performance checks, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting strategies.
- Write ad copy that’s clear, compelling, and conversion-focused.
- Upload creative assets and ensure they meet platform specs and best practice.
- Manage daily campaign pacing, monitor performance, and flag anomalies.
- Optimise campaigns in real time to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Track campaign budgets to ensure spend aligns with strategy and timelines.
- Build weekly and monthly reports with insights and learnings.
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to evolve campaign creative.
- Share digital trends and contribute ideas in team and client sessions.
- Be mentored and supported with clear development goals.
- 6+ months’ experience working on paid media campaigns (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Confidence analysing performance data and drawing insights.
- Strong attention to detail – particularly when working with budgets and pacing.
- Clear, persuasive written skills for ads and reporting.
- Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and multitask.
- A proactive, positive approach to learning and growing.
- Any experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite) is a bonus.
- Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus, but we’ll support you in earning them if not already held.
