M&E Quantity Surveyor

Are you an M&E Quantity Surveyor from an electrical background? Do you have experience working with an M&E subcontractor?

Contract Rate: £400 per day outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 months rolling

Site Locations: Newport or London

Work from Home: 3 days a week, site visits as required

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an electrical subcontractor across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be primarily based in either Newport with occasional travel to London or London with occasional travel to Newport. Candidates with experience on major building services projects such as rail stations, fit-outs, or data centres will be preferable for this position. Due to the nature of the work, only candidates with previous experience working for an M&E subcontractor can be considered for this opportunity. Candidates from an electrical background will be heavily preferred.

Essential:

• M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working for an M&E subcontractor.
• Building services project experience such as rail stations, data centres, or fit-outs.

Desirable:
