You will join as a Vice President within Nordic Origination & Advisory, which combines Investment Banking Coverage and Advisory along with Capital Markets to deliver insightful advice and capital to our Nordic clients as well as international clients transacting in the region. Clients include major corporates, financial sponsors, financial institutions, governments and sovereigns around the world. Our industry expertise covers Industrials, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Consumer and Retail, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Real Estate, plus others.

Your key responsibilities:
- Leading, coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with Nordic clients as well as international clients transacting in the region.
- Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key Nordic accounts.
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
Your skills and experience:
- Relevant Investment Banking experience across advisory and capital market products.
- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities and high levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak a Nordic language.
- Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions.
