- Oversee and manage financial operations and processes for the business.
- Lead the budgeting and monthly forecasting for P&L and balance sheet.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, MI packs for growth funding, and managing covenants.
- Support audit preparation and manage relationships with auditors.
- Mentor and manage a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tasks.
- Develop and implement robust financial systems to support business growth.
- Assist in drawing funding for expansion and manage financial compliance.
Profile
- Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
- Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
