Join our Cloud Networking team, where you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the services that ensure Wise’s cloud networking infrastructure meets the demands of a growing FinTech business. You’ll develop tooling and provide hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimise our services on AWS and other major cloud providers, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Build, maintain, and support Wise’s networking within its cloud platform through software and automation.
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud networking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective outcomes.
What You Need
- In-depth knowledge of building complex applications and automation tooling in Python (experience with Golang is a bonus).
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures, preferably on AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating infrastructure provisioning, developer operations, or continuous integration/deployment.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to users and stakeholders and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the Kubernetes operator pattern.
- Experience with networking within the cloud.
- Experience with one or more observability platforms.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and/or other regulated industries.

What Do We Offer
Starting salary: £80,000- £102,000 + RSU
