A large AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London is looking for a Technical Architect to join their renowned hotel team. Experience in hospitality design is a bonus, but if you’ve worked on high end residential, student accommodation or later living projects, your skills are equally applicable for this exciting opportunity.

This renowned architecture studio is recognised for its expertise in creating luxurious and refined spaces, with a focus on hospitality and residential sectors. Known for their thoughtful approach to design and technical precision, they work on some of London’s most iconic hotel and residential transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of hotel projects with a focus on technical proficiency, utilising advanced Revit skills to create detailed and accurate models.
  • Apply expertise in various architectural technologies and approaches to solve complex design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of system designs, identifying weaknesses or inefficiencies, and proposing effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements and design standards are met, maintaining quality and project integrity.

What They’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in architecture ARB or CIAT registered.
  • Strong attention to detail, with recent technical delivery experience on luxury projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent design skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and a team.
  • Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards.
