A large AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London is looking for a Technical Architect to join their renowned hotel team. Experience in hospitality design is a bonus, but if you’ve worked on high end residential, student accommodation or later living projects, your skills are equally applicable for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of hotel projects with a focus on technical proficiency, utilising advanced Revit skills to create detailed and accurate models.
- Apply expertise in various architectural technologies and approaches to solve complex design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of system designs, identifying weaknesses or inefficiencies, and proposing effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements and design standards are met, maintaining quality and project integrity.
What They’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in architecture ARB or CIAT registered.
- Strong attention to detail, with recent technical delivery experience on luxury projects.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent design skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and a team.
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards.
