Job summary The Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding work through development programs, and managing roadmap execution for our key accounts. The title is the global go-to-market point of contact for Ingenico\βs suite of products and features, enhancing client relationships and ensuring a seamless, positive product journey. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, GTM teams, and Global Product Management, to align product offerings with client needs, improve engagement, and drive retention. Essential Functions/Responsibilities The main duties of this role include providing solutions and support to clients for all product platforms/services, which include but are not limited to: Develop and execute a product strategy prioritizing client engagement, satisfaction, and retention globally Own the customer product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of features and updates Implement initiatives to deepen engagement with key clients and maximize their value from the product Advocate for clients within the organization during product development Lead client roadmap meetings, presentations, and demos to keep clients engaged and informed Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features Align product development roadmaps with client expectations and business goals Collaborate with sales to understand client pain points and opportunities Communicate product updates and issues effectively to manage customer expectations Coordinate with the Global GTM Launch team for sales enablement and product launches Drive product roadmap prioritization and client migrations, including detailed planning and stakeholder consultation Create demonstrations and PoCs for proposed solutions and present to prospects Utilize strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making Maintain industry knowledge in global payments and adapt strategies accordingly Establish and manage KPIs for the product portfolio aligning with organizational goals Work effectively in a matrixed environment, communicating with multiple stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
