Due to some exciting projects, KONE has a number of excellent vacancies in our Service department. This particular vacancy is for a Tender Repairs Delivery Manager- Heathrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- The essential role of the additional head will support in both upfront sales and daily delivery.
- Enabling the Repair Managers the ability to focus on the customer and free up time to embed in proactive activities rather than reactive.
- An essential part of the Repairs Teams 2025 strategy, alleviating potential frustrations for both the customer and SNR management, catching the failures by being proactive and not reactive.
- A contributing factor lies with the volume of routine daily repairs and call outs, limiting our ability to deep dive and sell proactive solutions.
- This is the only department that is responsible for the full end-to-end process of the works, including selling, delivering, and close out.
- Minor Repairs Tendering/Sales Prep minor repair tenders.
- Ad hoc Special Projects Sales & Delivery (For example IP2X and Key Components Schedules).
- Selling, including rolling programmes.
- Proactive sales leads (gold mining/hunter).
- Support in the delivery of programmed works.
- Liaising with Customers.
