Senior Product Manager, Contract - Guernsey

A leading telecommunications client is seeking to appoint a Senior Product Manager in Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man working 37.5 hours per week on a temporary 12-month basis. Passionate about their people and communities, the ideal individual would hold the following skills: Experience in product management and service strategy. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives. Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and financial performance. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. To drive the role forward, the individual will own and drive the strategy for services across their markets, delivering exceptional customer experiences while increasing market share and net revenues. This role will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, focusing on new and existing revenue growth in highly competitive consumer and SME markets. The successful postholder will work closely with commercial, technology, customer experience, and regulatory teams to align diverse inputs and requirements to shape a winning market approach that exceeds customer expectations.
