Your Mission: As an Operating Model and Organisation Design Strategy Consultant, you'll work at board level, advising our clients on how to transform their businesses to enhance operational viability within a dynamic business context. To this end, you will support along our 4 central areas:

  • Design enterprise operating models: Often when a new business model or strategy is engaged, a company will require a complete reorganisation. When this happens, we advise our clients on how best to proceed with changes to their structures, processes, governance, and culture in ways that will promote long-term success.
  • Optimise and innovate operating models: Thoroughly reviewing the current business state: identifying pain-points, and co-creating strategies that can help to streamline complexities, optimise slow and inefficient processes, and avoid redundancies in teams.
  • Design Functions and Shared Services: Exploring how functions such as innovation or finance should be organised. Identifying the skills, processes, and team structures that are required, considering also what opportunities shared services offer our customers to (de)centralize their processes to a greater extent.
  • Activate operating models: After all strategic concepts and necessary changes have been defined, we assist our customers during the implementation and advise them on the central questions of implementation.

Location: Your home office will be in London. This role is client-facing and may therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK as well as overseas depending on the needs of the project. Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role to deliver the first-class services we are known for.

Here’s what you need: Bachelor’s degree, 3 or more years of experience in a strategy or management consulting.

Bonus points if: Advance degree or MBA (preferred field of study: economics, psychology, STEM or a comparable field), Analytical thinkers: utilise quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to probe data and generate impactful strategic insights, Innovation practitioners: knowledge of how to apply innovation tools and techniques (e.g. Generative AI) to creatively shape solutions that can enable growth strategies, Proactive: able to take initiative, whilst navigating ambiguity, Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment, Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English, Client collaborators: keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client and able to build and sustain relationships, Strategic enthusiasts: focused on long-term strategies and business improvement recommendations that will impact top line revenue growth and drive margin expansion, Team-players: Team-player, ready and willing to support others and contribute to the shared success of project and client teams.
