Soho House are seeking an experienced and dynamic

The Role…
Soho House are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Automation (Power Platform) to take on a pivotal role of driving and implementing an Automation programme for Soho House. Reporting to the Director of Engineering you will ensure a successful collaboration with multiple digital leads across IT, Data, Engineering, and Security teams alongside business leaders.
This role will be based at our Global Head Office, located at 180 Strand – London.
Main Duties…

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of all Automation Initiatives across Soho House, ensuring seamless implementation and successful adoption.
• Serve as the key point of contact for all Automation related matters, liaising with the Director of Engineering to align deliverables and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Digital leads across IT, Data, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure cohesive, timely, and efficient Automation deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse group of Business Leaders and support them proactively with their Automation ambitions and adoption across their areas.
• Remain flexible to take on additional responsibilities beyond core Automation, managing and overseeing related technology projects to meet business objectives.

Experience
What We Are Looking For…

• Senior Manager-level experience with a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Power Platform, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
• Proven track record in leading large programs, with a focus on complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive enterprise IT experience, ideally across a variety of industries relevant to the breadth of Soho House.
• Technical proficiency over functional, with a strong ability to problem-solve and dive into the details when necessary to resolve challenges.
• Strong foundation as an architect, with experience growing into leadership roles—comfort in balancing technical oversight and functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage offshore teams, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Commercially astute, with an understanding of ROI and benefits realisation within scope and cost parameters.

• Resilient and adaptable, with experience navigating the complexities and challenges of diverse broad businesses.
• Strong collaborator, with the ability to work effectively alongside Digital leads and other cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive results.
• Flexible and open-minded, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and project priorities while maintaining focus on objectives.
• Willingness to work in office, demonstrating a commitment to team collaboration and effective cross-functional delivery within our head office environment.
