Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 15-20 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including VMware and Wintel systems, Fortinet networking, Azure cloud environments, Postgres and SQL databases, and Dell EMC Power store storage solutions.
- Implement and uphold ITIL service management frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.
- Guide the deployment and maintenance of legal-specific systems, including Case Management and Practice Management solutions.
- Strengthen cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks within a legal setting.
- Effectively prioritise and manage multiple initiatives, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
