With a strong market presence and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive our financial strategy, support growth, and ensure long-term success.
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to scale the business. You will oversee financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency while supporting investment and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investor relations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management best practices.
- Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and board.
- Lead funding initiatives, including venture capital, private equity, and IPO preparation.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to support the company’s scaling efforts.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in the technology, SaaS, or software development sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in scaling businesses and securing investment.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising, M&A, or IPO processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
