Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leveraged Finance Analyst to join our team in London. The successful candidate will support the execution of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalisation. You will be involved in the origination, structuring and execution of LBO financing and working closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice and comprehensive solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
