A few key skills and experience we look for
Level 5 Qualified; tertiary qualification desirable
10+ years\’ experience as a senior professional liability account manager
Extensive experience leading teams or coaching/mentoring others
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences
High attention to detail and accuracy in all processes and tasks
Calm and consistent under pressure; effective conflict resolution skills
Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving
