Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Manager – Revenue & Commissions to join our FP&A team. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue forecasting, analyzing key go-to-market performance metrics, and managing the end-to-end commissions process. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting, strategic insights, and alignment with business goals.
Revenue Forecasting & Analysis
- Own and maintain revenue forecasting models
- Analyze actuals vs. forecast, identify trends and key drivers, and present insights
- Collaborate with the Sales organization and other teams to understand revenue levers and support strategic initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage sales commission plans in collaboration with the Sales organization
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation and reporting of commissions in accordance with plan terms
- Lead periodic commission reviews and payout processes, including dispute resolution and documentation
Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales and GTM leadership
- Provide insights on GTM performance metrics
- Support ad hoc financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and commissions best practices
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Advanced & Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - a must
