- Duration: Permanent
- Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DoE)
- Hybrid set up: 4 days in office/1 day working from home weekly

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Full, proactive diary and calendar management (including complex scheduling, investor calls, and internal/external meetings)
- Coordinating national and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Managing high volumes of inbound communication and triaging tasks appropriately
- Organising board meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Personal support, including booking restaurants, appointments etc.
