Our client, a leader in the leisure sector, is revolutionising the industry with innovative tech and marketing strategies. They’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their in-house team in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimise paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad copy testing
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives and landing pages
  • Collaborate with teams to align strategies and develop high-performing ads
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices

What You’ll bring:

  • Expertise with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Shopping), Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Proven hands-on experience managing mid-sized to large accounts, across a range of budgets
  • Strong ability to manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
