MRICS / FRICS Auditor (full time) - Secured lending valuation auditing, comprising of Residential and HMO valuation work. England and Wales market (must have previous experience of auditing for England and Wales postcodes). Fully remote working, can be based from any location.

Our client is a long-established specialist independent Valuation firm mainly carrying out secured lending work for loan security purposes, mainly focusing on Residential short form work along with HMO work (very limited investment calculations, mainly comparable evidence).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
