We are seeking a Project Support Analyst to join JP Morgan in London on a 3 months rolling contract. You should have previous Project Support experience working within the banking industry, preferably with experience working with business change managers.

Description: As a Project Support Analyst, you will assist the Business Support Management team and various lines of business and functions within the Commercial & Investment Bank, interacting with business-aligned, corporate, or third-party technology and support providers. You will support core Business Support Management functions by preparing and presenting data-driven materials to aid senior-level decision-making across functional areas. You will report to the BSM program management lead for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project administrative support to members of the BSM team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and organise project documentation, pulling together data-driven analysis and PowerPoint presentations for BCM team members and business leadership.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, document minutes, and ensure clear ownership and follow-up of action items.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance, analysis, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure project requirements align with business needs and oversee the execution of testing.
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure effective service delivery and appropriate controls for business units, including technology and operations.
  • Assist with BSM Controls Governance, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of team skills in project management and governance.
  • Provide technical guidance and develop subject matter expertise on BCM systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Project Management support roles with exceptional project management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (Pitch-Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are desirable.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative tools (Illustrator, Photoshop); proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
  • Proven work experience with presentation design.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with multitasking abilities, initiative, a proactive approach, ownership, and responsibility.
