A brand new opportunity has arisen for a CNC Supervisor/ Team lead to join our key client based just outside Burton.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role with strong experience in CNC Milling & Turning.
Key Responsibilities:- The CNC Supervisor / Team Leader will be overseeing the Milling and Turning machines manufacturing various components for customer products and projects.
- Setting, operation and Online Programming Hurco Mills and Lathes working to tight tolerances and using a variety of materials.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work cross functionally with other departments.
- 3 years+ in a supervisory or team lead position minimum.
- 5 Years+ experience operating, programming CNC Milling & Turning machines (preferably Hurco).
- Team player and self-motivated.
