Are you an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant looking for a high-impact, short-term role within a global insurance/reinsurance firm? We are recruiting for a 4 week, part-time contract offering up to £600 per day, supporting a leading Legal, Risk & Compliance team.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for:
- Board & Committee Support – Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, compiling board packs, and minute-taking.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Companies House Filings – Managing statutory filings and keeping company records up to date.
- Governance & Risk Advisory – Supporting the company secretary in advising on corporate governance best practices.
- Project & Administrative Support – Assisting with governance projects and day-to-day operations.
About You:
- At least 2 years of company secretarial experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of board administration, minute-taking, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and governance platforms such as Diligent Boards.
