What you\’ll be doing :

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents for private clients
• Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize their tax liabilities
• Advising clients on business decisions and financial management strategies
• Collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the accounting team
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm\’s accounting processes and procedures

What we\’re looking for :

• At least 4+ years of tax compliance / Business services experience currently working within an accounting public practice firm in Australia
• CPA / CA qualified or working towards qualification
• Proven expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic financial advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
