We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Test Specialist to join our dynamic Test Practice. You may lead a team of Testers and will collaborate closely with all project stakeholders. Working alongside dedicated professionals, you will strive to find better, faster, and more effective testing methods, adding value to our projects. You will lead by example, develop your team and emerging talent, and help us strengthen our reputation as a centre of excellence. This is a fast-paced environment offering opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
Your experience:
- Understanding of the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, V-Model, & Waterfall
- Experience testing both Infrastructure and Applications
- Ability to identify test data, create test cases based on requirements, including technical testing for manual and automated testing
- Executing test cases, recording results, and adhering to test plans
- Logging defects, investigating issues, and providing support
- Collecting and analyzing test metrics
- Organizing test materials, environments, tools, and resources; coordinating testing activities; reporting progress, risks, and incidents
- Creating high-quality test plans for small to medium projects or specific tasks, addressing requirements and mitigating risks
- Responsible for the test team deliverables within agreed schedules
- Understanding testing requirements, defining scope with stakeholders
- Experience in writing test scripts, reports, defect management, and reporting
- Proficiency with SOAP UI, XML, Jenkins, JIRA
