Our client, based in Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start week in June and the hourly rate for this role will be £18 per hour via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant liaison in a social housing environment. Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with residents on site in the Manchester area on behalf of a Plumbing & Heating contractor to ensure works can be carried out
  • Making appointments with tenants and acting as the main point of contact for tenants
  • Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed
  • Sorting access issues for the works to be carried out, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly

  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer
  • Social housing environment

  • Thorough organisational skills
