Sales Support Administrator – Permanent – £30,000 -£40,000 + Bonus– Hybrid – London I’m hiring a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of a London based ground breaking technology ( SaaS) business that is revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications . An established global market leader in software development / data technology , trusted by thousands of companies – most of the FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 . 8 years as a thriving , fast-growth business in scale-up with no close competitor . Commitment to continuous training and career development – This vacancy has been created due to internal promotions and business growth . This is a development role and would be suited to an individual looking to build upon a minimum of 1 years continuous commercial experience, industrial placement or apprenticeship. Sales Support Administrator Role Valued contributor and vital support of the key functions of the organisation such as the Finance and Sales teams. Proactive and detail-oriented individual focused on maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Collaboration with cross functional teams and helping to maintain the efficiency of the day to day operations across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager. Sales Support Administrator Key Responsibilities Process daily invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing . Collaborate with the finance team to follow up on overdue invoices , ensuring prompt and efficient resolution . Assist the Sales Operations Manager with vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance verifications. Be agile and use initiative to support a varied portfolio of operational projects as assigned. Deliver a high standard of service to customers and support internal stake holders e.g. Sales with responding to customer queries when required. Work onsite in the London office Tuesday – Thursday and remaining days at home. Sales Support Administrator – Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years commercial experience of: Working as an Sales Support Administrator, Operations Administrator a similar administrative role in a SaaS / technology company – experience in a Sales Support Administration role is especially advantageous. Solid organisational and time management skills , capable of multi-tasking with with accuracy and close attention to detail . Excellent communication , interpersonal and collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ; Salesforce ( or similar CRM ) Working in a fast growth / scale up is advantageous.
