Every day is exciting as a Senior Sous Chef. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage a team through busy fast-paced service.
  • Be confident with large events & set menus.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring flawless service and maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Serve as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house.
  • Oversee stock control, efficient rotation, minimal wastage, and monitor food costs to achieve budget targets.
