Business leadership opportunity for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker in/around Edinburgh. The Edinburgh and The Lothians agency benefits from a diverse and loyal client portfolio, serving the local Farming community as well as a significant mix of wider Commercial accounts, including an impressive client base of mid-to-large sized Corporate enterprises. Based a stone's throw from the M8 connecting Edinburgh to Glasgow, it’s an agency with some of the best Commercial Insurance opportunities across the Scottish agency network. From here you’ll have a solid platform on which to set the strategy and lead on delivering new business growth across mid-to-large Corporate accounts as well as the HNW segment. In addition to spearheading the Sales and Marketing strategy, you’ll be an integral part of the Agency’s leadership team. With a seat at the top-table, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the overall agency, ensuring continued growth of this high-performing insurance business.
About You
You’re a proven commercial seller with a strategic mindset, used to juggling the demands of a hands-on client-facing/business development role alongside your wider leadership responsibilities. Whilst our existing Agents come from a broad range of backgrounds, previous experience managing large commercial/corporate or HNW accounts in the insurance broker market is preferred.
