Are you passionate about luxury fashion and available to start immediately? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive marketing assistant to support our product marketing and trading strategy across Womenswear and Menswear departments. This is a role for someone with a keen eye for trends, strong analytical skills, and a love for working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the global trading calendars for Womenswear & Menswear, planning trends, category focuses and campaign ideas.
- Support the execution of weekly product marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing monthly product assortment plans and aligning with product launches.
- Help lead monthly calendar planning following assortment meetings.
- Work closely with local market teams, integrating regional insights into promotional planning.
- Track competitor activity and use SEO tools to deliver seasonal and monthly insights.
- Assist CRM teams in planning email themes aligned with market demand and product availability.
- Contribute to weekly trade meetings, reporting on homepage and conversion performance.
- Support the planning of brand-led trading moments aligned with upload calendars.
- Balance upload and existing strategies to drive trade and meet KPIs.
- Report on key metrics, including stock availability and performance vs. targets.
- Help manage the upload of new product to site, working with various teams.
- Troubleshoot product information issues and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Support prioritisation of high-impact launches and digital workflows for newly bought products.
The ideal candidate:
- Genuinely interested in fashion and up to date with luxury trends and market activity.
- Organised, analytical and detail-oriented with a good grasp of numbers and data.
- Confident using Excel and ideally some experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- A great communicator who works well in cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter who’s comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and juggling multiple deadlines.
- Experience in retail marketing or e-commerce at a similar level will be needed for the role.
