Job Summary
Are you a social media expert with a passion for delivering best in class campaigns for major global brands? We are looking for a Senior Social Account Manager to join a top tier social agency on a 6 month contract, working on one of the world’s biggest tech companies. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on creative social strategies, campaigns, and activations, working alongside a talented team of creatives, strategists, and community managers. The Role
- Client Leadership - Act as the key client contact, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of social-first campaigns.
- Social Strategy & Activation - Develop and execute high impact social media campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and audience insights.
- Content & Editorial Oversight - Manage the creation and roll out of engaging social content, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and brand storytelling.
- Project & Account Management - Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.
- Performance & Insights - Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising strategies based on key social metrics.
- Collaboration & Innovation - Work closely with creative, strategy, and community teams to deliver standout social content and engagement.
- Trend Spotting & Platform Expertise - Stay ahead of emerging trends, social algorithms, and tech industry developments to bring innovative ideas to the table.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a social media account management role within an agency setting.
- Tech brand experience (or a strong understanding of the tech sector) is a plus but not essential.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication & client management skills, with the ability to build relationships and lead projects with confidence.
- Experience in content creation and editorial planning, ensuring high-quality and engaging brand storytelling.
- Analytical skills, with experience using social media insights to inform strategies and optimise performance.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
