Are you a band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse looking for a rewarding locum role in London? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Location: Central London

Duration: 3-6 Months

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5

Start Date: 1-2 weeks

Rate of Pay: £27ph umbrella

What You'll Be Doing: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with mental health conditions, delivering expert care across inpatient, community, or crisis settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing and implementing personalised care plans, and administering medication while monitoring treatment effectiveness. You will provide therapeutic support to patients and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, high-quality care. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to best practices to support effective treatment outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid NMC registration (or relevant governing body registration), along with experience working with patients with mental health conditions. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from 5 days a week with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
