Our client, a premier consulting firm with 20+ offices worldwide and 1,500 consultants , is looking for an Associate Partner to join their high-performing Market Access Consulting practice in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive revenue growth, hitting an annual sales target of $1.5M+ through new and existing client relationships.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead large, multi-functional teams to deliver high-impact market access and commercial strategy projects.
• Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to top-tier Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech clients on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
• P&L Management (Desirable): Contribute to financial oversight, ensuring project profitability and sustainable growth.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years’ experience in Life Science market access or commercial strategy consulting.
• A proven track record in business development , consistently meeting or exceeding revenue of $2m.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire teams .
• Deep understanding of global pricing, reimbursement, and market access trends .
