We are recruiting a Project Engineer with over 2 years of experience to join our client's dynamic Aberdeen team. If you have a background in project coordination, mobilising equipment and staff across multiple assets, and have worked in the oil and gas industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support offshore crane repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance.
- Manage projects, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Source spare parts and planned refurbishment for mechanical equipment.
- Conduct and participate in lifting studies.
- Prepare workpacks for offshore/onsite activities.
- Lead offshore/onshore surveys and project scopes.
- Generate tenders and offers for clients.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Implement safe and environmentally sound work methods.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (HND/HNC considered).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.
- Experience with offshore crane and lifting preferred.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word.
