Job Description
- Develop and execute a global licensing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and secure new licensing partnerships in key markets and product categories.
- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, ensuring favourable commercial terms.
- Oversee licensee relationships to ensure brand compliance, product quality, and commercial performance.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, legal, finance) to support licensing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the sports and lifestyle licensing space.
- Monitor financial performance of licensing agreements, ensuring revenue targets and royalty payments are met.
- Drive innovation by collaborating with partners to develop unique licensed products that align with brand values.
