What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Driving high standards of dementia care in line with CQC regulations.
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team to create a best-in-class care environment.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to provide outstanding care.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and welcoming home atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in elderly and dementia care
  • CQC experience with a track record of strong regulatory performance
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) – Essential
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care in a compassionate environment
