An internationally recognised, prestigious London-based interior design studio, known for its exceptional work in high-end hospitality design, is looking for a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join their creative team. With a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated and innovative hospitality interiors, this studio offers an exciting opportunity for a designer with a passion for luxury spaces and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:
As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for managing the full FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) process from initial concept through to installation. This includes coordinating all FF&E information, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and ensuring seamless execution on-site. You will prepare complete FF&E schemes, mood boards, and material presentations, and handle the documentation of specifications through to the final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FF&E design process from concept development through to final install.
- Prepare and present full FF&E schemes, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Ensure the FF&E programme and budget are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and the project team to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Produce detailed specifications and oversee the documentation process.
- Maintain a high level of creative excellence while ensuring the project’s vision is consistently delivered.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality design, with a strong portfolio including high-end hotel, restaurant, or bar projects.
- Proven expertise in an FF&E-focused role at a senior level.
- Creative flair with the ability to develop cohesive design concepts and material schemes.
