We’re looking for an Associate Design Director / Design Director to work with us across our portfolio of clients.

About You:
- BA/Hons in Graphic Design or professional qualification(s) of a high standard.
- 8-10 (or more) years agency experience.
- Strong consumer brand experience, particularly in the alcohol category.
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate ideas, i.e. sketches, written, verbal.
- Demonstrable experience of liaising and developing client relationships.
- Proactive approach to technology, software and industry innovations.
- Proven ability in offering a multi-skilled and challenging outlook to creative briefs.
- Ability to perform consistently and reliably with a willingness to increase professional responsibilities, skills and understanding of broader market issues.
- Comprehensive experience in design software relative to our design process.
Your Role:
You’ll be working within our growing creative department. You will collaborate closely with another two ADDs, whilst working closely with the Founding Partners and ECDs. You’ll be involved in the mentoring and development of a team of designers and creatives. You’ll build strong relationships with your Strategy and Client Servicing counterparts within the agency, as well as your clients. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, with the chance to make your mark not just on our creative output but on the future of our business.
