As a Graduate Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimise their digital strategies, tackle technology challenges, and stay ahead in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. You will work closely with experienced architects to deliver tailored solutions, providing the guidance and expertise that transforms businesses and drives meaningful change. Responsibilities:
- Help clients improve and streamline their digital strategies, ensuring they remain competitive in a fast-changing technological landscape.
- Work closely with experienced architects to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet clients' unique needs and challenges.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients, transforming their businesses and enabling meaningful change through technology.
- Engage in diverse projects within the Financial Services sector, applying technology and data-driven problem-solving approaches.
- Take a proactive approach to expanding your knowledge, developing expertise in business, enterprise, and data architecture.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.
About the candidate:
- A Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) in or combined with Management and Business with technical affinity (e.g. an IT- or innovation-related module or dissertation).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for technology and data-driven problem-solving.
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset, with an eagerness to work across various projects in the Financial Services sector.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning, with a keen interest in developing subject matter expertise.
- Experience in consultancy, digital transformation, IT, or client-facing roles (desirable).
- Experience drawing meaningful insights from datasets and presenting back to technical and non-technical audiences (desirable).
