Headquartered in Renfrewshire, with additional hubs in the UK and USA, they are scaling operations to meet increasing demand—and now seek a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead their logistics function through its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of 8 (including supervisors and team leaders) and take full ownership of warehouse operations. You’ll drive operational excellence, champion health & safety, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales to ensure seamless supply chain performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and optimise warehouse processes in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of ~700 orders/month
• Line manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Act as Chair of the local Health & Safety Committee, embedding a culture of safety and compliance
• Partner with procurement and sales to align warehouse output with business priorities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies
• Leverage ERP systems (Unleashed or similar) and Excel for planning, reporting, and inventory control
• Support the rollout of new systems, including barcode scanning technology
• Maintain high standards across goods-in/out, inventory accuracy, and bespoke customer orders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with ERP systems and Excel
• Working knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement tools
• Experience handling dangerous goods and operating forklifts (certifications desirable)
• A proactive, hands-on leader with a solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication, organisational, and change management skills
