Overview: The Contacts Media Operations team are responsible for uploading all plans on a daily basis to the two L’Oréal Contacts systems. The person in this role will create media plans within the platform, adding strategic planning information and pre and post campaign tracking information. The role will also involve detailed flight management, ensuring all changes, additions and cancellations of plans are captured accurately, as well as providing regular and ad hoc reports.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with the planning and investment teams.
- Troubleshooting any issues between data sets/systems and closely liaising with planning and investment teams to resolve in a timely manner.
- Ensuring correct taxonomy is followed on every campaign.
- Developing basic knowledge and understanding of all media to spot any errors on plans received from Planning / Investment teams.
- Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Developing sound knowledge of all necessary tools and systems.
- Accurate data input skills.
