To assist in the planning, development, and implementation of the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, traffic, revenue, and profit for the Love2shop brands.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Work with the wider marketing team to plan integrated seasonal and product-specific campaigns.
- Assist in developing and implementing the SEO strategy, including ongoing keyword research and support for SEO and PPC efforts.
- Assist in creating and managing SEO content and outreach activities, including backlink acquisition.
- Help manage PPC campaigns, including optimization of ad copy, keyword targeting, and bid management across Google & Bing.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using analytics tools.
- Learn to measure ROI and develop KPIs for digital marketing activities.
- Participate in managing social media channels, both organic and paid activities.
- Assist in managing and improving content marketing processes across online channels.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure secure and beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates to the team.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed)
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of various digital marketing channels and online marketing tools.
- Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field.
