The Nitty-Gritty:

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (flexible DOE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Mon-Thu 9-5:30, 5pm finish on Friday!)

The Role: Lead Digital Success

As Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind key client accounts, ensuring high-impact digital strategies that deliver real business growth. You’ll work alongside top creatives, developers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and nurture client relationships, acting as their go-to digital expert
• Develop and lead cutting-edge digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals
• Manage projects, budgets, and timelines like a pro
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns
• Spot opportunities for growth, upselling additional services where beneficial
• Mentor junior account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and success

Who We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned digital marketing professional – you’ve worked in an agency or similar role and are ready for your next challenge
• Sales-savvy – confident in spotting and converting new opportunities
• Strong experience in digital strategy, project management & client relations
• Proficient in digital platforms like Google Analytics, social media tools, and CRMs
• A natural communicator & relationship builder with outstanding presentation skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
