We’re looking for a Hardlines Product Development Co-ordinator to join our client’s EMEA Consumer Products team. This role will support product development and execution across our portfolio, with a focus on hardlines and adjacent categories. Occasional travel may be required. This 10 month contract role is paying £45p/h PAYE and based in London on a regular basis.
The Role
- As Product Development Co-ordinator, you will be the key creative point of contact for a group of assigned licensees and partners.
- You’ll manage the creative review process, provide guidance on asset usage, and ensure that all products align with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- You’ll guide partners through onboarding and use of internal product development tools.
- Review product concepts, artwork and packaging to ensure alignment with style guides.
- Communicate creative feedback clearly and constructively to resolve design challenges.
- Maintain timely correspondence with internal teams, agencies, and licensees.
- Manage multiple deadlines and ensure contractual approval timelines are met.
- Stay up to date with EMEA retail and design trends.

Your Background

- Proficiency in English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
- Must be able to work from our London office on a regular basis (flexible attendance can be discussed).
