The Firm: Lexcel accredited practice with offices in Central London, Essex and South West London. Awarded legal 500 status for its excellence in a wide range of legal services. The practice prides itself on having first class expertise and second to none client care.
The Role: An enthusiastic Family Solicitor is required to join their East London Office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE and experience in dealing with Family Legal Aid matters. The successful candidate will mainly handle domestic abuse cases, childcare cases, and will have the opportunity to also handle other areas of work involving divorce and separation, financial remedy, co-habitation, children matters, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. The successful candidate will be required to have experience in all areas of family law work, including public and private law children matters and financial proceedings. It would be advantageous to be able to attract their own following. The firm has a Legal Aid Agency contract for Family and has a large private client base. There will be a competitive salary package and excellent career development opportunities for the successful solicitor.
The Candidate:
