Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Engineer will be working in the London area, completing maintenance and services on various gas appliances in the commercial space.
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance activities in line with company maintenance schedules.
- Repair and reinstatement of commercial plant.
- Ensure maintenance system records are kept up to date, ensuring accurate and secured records.
- Good communication with the team.
- Attend reactive call-outs to sites.
- Completion of fault finding and repairs to commercial gas boilers and other equipment.
- Take part in an on-call rota.
Skills Required for the Maintenance Engineer:
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer or similar.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience with maintenance and repairs on commercial gas boilers.
- Commercial gas registration including TPCP1 and BMP1.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
