General Scope & Summary
Key activities of this position include support partner portfolio management, sales and services program and engagement, as well as partner readiness and enablement. Evangelises company products, drives new solutions and develops marketing tactics with partners. Stays abreast of current competition within assigned accounts and implements strategies to block competitive advancement.
Essential Functions
- Support the enablement of Sales of Alvaria solutions through Channel Partners.
- Work with Channel Sales Manager to assure support of Channel Partners on Discovery, Design, Demo, Defend and Deliver on solutions.
- Work with Account Executives assigned to specific Accounts and/or verticals that are going to fulfill their opportunities via a Channel Partner.
- Work with Channel Partner Office and Channel Development teams to assure Partner Readiness to sell, implement and support Alvaria solutions in Market.
- Support strategy with Channel Partners by implementing Territory Plans and Account Plans and assure execution.
- Assure Education and Certification of Channel Partners is accomplished at Sales and Post Sales Organizations.
- Interacts with Alvaria Technical Support Organization to enable Channel Partners, assist on escalations, review performance.
- Works with Marketing to identify opportunities in Partnership to address together and the use of MDF (Marketing Development Funds).
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Familiar with Alvaria and or competitor product lines is a plus.
- Ability to articulate solution value.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
- Superior presentation skills.
- Expert at leading enablement workshops in classrooms and through MS Teams.
- Excellent Time management: manage multiple competing priorities, in a fast-paced, collaborative Environment.
- Highly specialized level of expertise in working with Channel Organizations.
- Experience on Technology/Software sales, Contact Center technology and services specific experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex information to Customers and Channel Partners.
- Champions most complex initiatives with organization wide impact, such as the ones that relate to the development of Channel Partners.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower level personnel.
- Ability to provide solutions that are highly creative and to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Capability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables (tactical).
- Skills required to work on problems that have long term impact on success of organization (strategic).
Education And Experience
- SaaS/Cloud/Premise/Hybrid experience.
- 15+ years experience across either/both: Sales of software and or technology.
- Customer Engagement/Contact Centre Operations.
- Experience on Contact Center software tools and services.
- The ability to pass a background check may also be required.
- Ability to travel to Channel Partner sites, Customers and internal meetings or events (national and/or international).
- Ability to use professional concepts in developing approaches in the solution of critical problems and broad design issues.
