Position Summary: The Global Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of healthcare solutions that meet regulatory standards and improve patient outcomes. The candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to rationalisation.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, R&D, RAQA, and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support post-market surveillance activities.
- Develop product requirements, plans, and strategies.
- Conduct market research and data analysis.
- Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to legal, quality, and compliance standards.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
