My client is a large facilities maintenance company, currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Oxford area. The Salary is £35,000 working Mon to Fri.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Carpentry work
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- General maintenance and repairs as required
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
