We are looking for an experienced Principal for a new opportunity with a multi billion dollar Real Estate investment strategy. They run a Pan-European mandate and they have flexibility over the risk-return profile of investments but they traditionally focus on Value-Add acquisitions. Despite being well capitalised, the team is very lean. They are looking to onboard a senior investment hire to increase the rate of deployment.
Along with the required investment experience and skills, the individual will need a track record of European Real Estate origination. A significant aspect of this role is identifying, originating, and executing on new acquisition opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be crucial to your success. They are looking for someone with a strong regional focus and network. Given the European nature of the fund and their mandate, additional European languages will be very useful.
